Abercrombie and Fitch ..... I got a job there, now what should I wear for makeup???

I'm usually very heavy on the smoky eyes, and then bare everything else. Much like this:

I have very dark brown thick hair as well as thick eyebrows... kind of abercrombie-ish in the eyebrows, but I have extremely curly hair, so even when I straighten it, it is still really thick and bouncy. It looks EXACTLY like Eva Longoria's hair in this picture:

Now, I don't look HORRIBLE without makeup, but I don't look good either. I'm wondering what is the MOST makeup I can get away with and still fit into the Abercrombie style? The women and girls working there basically had only curled eyelashes with makeup, and the manager had purple eyeshadow on! LOL And she's the one that told me to wear "very little, if any" make up. So can you give me an example of what would be okay?

i know at the interviews they stress not to wear a lot of makeup, but no one there really follows it, or at least where i have worked. i've worked both hollister and abercrombie and at both stores i have seen other female employees that wear gobs and gobs of eye makeup, to the point where their lashes clump and their eyeliner smudges.

the managers never got on to any of them about it either.

but it'd still be better to wear less makeup. try your regular foundation, thin eyeline and a little bit of mascara.

black mascara, gray/brown/eyeliner along the eyelashes, and a soft pink or nude lip

that is very close to no makeup, but is still enough to make all your features stand out! and also a good transition from the makeup your use to wearing.

Wow, you're lucky if you're hair looks like that!

But, about the makeup..

Just keep it light.

Wear a hint of lipgloss, a sweep of bronzer on each cheek and for your eyes, do whatever looks best on YOU but tone it down slightly, so it still looks natural.
